Tom began his Real Estate career on a part-time basis while working as a high school English/Drama teacher in Lake County, IL. With no formal training, Tom jumped right into the exciting world of Real Estate. He began introducing himself to neighbors near the high school and before long Tom was listing properties, and working with buyers throughout the county. In his first full year as a Realtor, Tom was a multi-million dollar producer and was named Rookie of the Year. Tom also was invited into the Leading Edge Society, an award given to agents in the top 5% of production.

Tom has an extensive back ground in Education as well. He has several College degrees including a B.A. in Drama from Bennington College in Bennington, VT. He also earned an M.S. Ed. In Reading Education from Queens College in Queens, NY, and an M.S. Ed. in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. With years of successful experience as an Elementary school classroom teacher, a high school Drama/Language Arts teacher, and a Reading Specialist, Tom has learned to put the needs of others first – both in the classroom – and now in his profession as Realtor.
